I developed a comprehensive financial target projection learning management system (LMS) specifically tailored for a small craft shop. This LMS is thoughtfully designed to assist the shop in setting, managing, and tracking financial goals over time, providing clear and detailed visibility into projected revenues and expenses based on various crafting projects and diverse product lines. By integrating multiple financial scenarios, the system enables better planning and informed decision-making.

In addition to the financial management system, I created an instructional course aimed at onboarding new employees. This course focuses on teaching the foundational skills required for crafting intricate arrangements and woodworking tasks. It thoroughly covers essential techniques, the proper use of various tools, and important safety practices, ensuring that employees quickly and effectively gain the knowledge needed to contribute productively to the shop’s production processes. This integrated learning approach not only streamlines employee training and onboarding but also ensures that their work is closely aligned with the shop’s overarching financial and operational objectives.
